How to Get Fertilizer in Super Mario RPG
To be able to access the Fertilizer, you must first defeat Valentina in Nimbus Land.
Once Valentina is defeated, the Fertilizer is acquired from the flying Beezo located at the rightmost edge of the town in Nimbus Land. It requires Mario to walk on air to reach it.
How to Use Fertilizer in Super Mario RPG
After acquiring the Fertilizer and Seed items, visit the gardener in Rose Town. Speak to him and he will use the items to grow a huge plant.
Climb the plant to reach a new area containing two chests. Inside, you will find the Lazy Shell weapon and armor.
