Tips & Tricks

Ammu-Nation Discount

Complete all Gun Range challenges to receive a discount at any Ammu-Nation store.

Easy Money

On your mini-map, you can locate armored vehicles as they will be marked with blips. Take out the drivers, then shoot the center door handles in the back so it opens. Collect the money (usually in excess of $5000, then escape the police).

Flip People Off

While in a vehicle, open your weapon wheel and select the “Unarmed” option. Then press the left bumper to give people the middle finger.

Free Weapon Upgrades

During any mission, purchase a weapon with all upgrades from an Ammu-Nation. Kill yourself and fail the mission. This will give you the money you spent back, but after visiting the Ammu-Nation again, the weapon upgrades will be marked as purchased.

Infinite Money

Off the west coast of Great Ocean Highway in Los Santos, to the southwest of Pacific Bluffs, send a single character to the ocean floor above the Hidden Package located near the sunken airplane. As soon as they grab the cash, switch characters then quickly switch back.

Every time you switch, the swimming character’s oxygen bar will refresh and the cash package will respawn. Rinse and repeat to farm infinite money.

Instant Health Refill

Switch characters when low on health and immediately switch back. This completely restores your life meter.

Instant Vehicle Repair

Switch characters when your vehicle is badly damaged and immediately switch back. This completely repairs the vehicle.

Perform a Flip

After jumping, in mid-air, press the B/Circle button to flip. This can also be used to tackle people.

More Customizations

Visit the Lifeinvader Social Network. When you log in and start “Stalking” people, you will begin to unlock new customizations for characters.

Quickly Lose Wanted Level

There are several methods to quickly reduce your Wanted level.

  • Visit a Mod Shop undetected, then exit to eliminate your Wanted level.
  • Switch vehicles (the original is being tracked by the police).
  • Drive on train tracks and you will not be followed.

Space Docker Vehicle

Complete the Spaceship Parts Collectible Mission to unlock the Space Docker. This vehicle is a modified dune buggy with cool sound effects and interstellar skin.
