To access a map of various secret locations in Liberty City, visit any of the Internet Cafes and enter the following URL using the in-game web browser:

Unlimited Money
Use vehicles to block the streets near an ATM which will result in a traffic jam. Allow someone nearby to withdraw money from the ATM. Once they finish, kill them.
The ambulance will not be able to pass through the traffic jam you created. Loot the money, walk a short distance away from the victim, then come back. More money will spawn on the ground. Rinse and repeat as often as you like to get more money.
