You can access the mini-game beginning in Chapter 2 during the daytime (after Kiryu returns to the apartment). Find the Pocket Circuit stadium in Kamurocho, at the west end of Shichifuku St. Inside, you’ll automatically speak to the Pocket Circuit Fighter (PCF) who will brief you on racing.
Note: This mini-game is part of the 100% in-game completion requirements for Sub Stories 36-43.
How to Play Pocket Circuit
Pocket Circuit is a mini-game in Yakuza 0 that has you racing tiny little cars around a track.
The cars drive themselves, but you do have access to a turbo (two for 12-lap races) that you can use by pressing the correct button. However, going too fast means your car may fly off the track, and you might need to quickly tap the Stabilize button for realignment.
To win at Pocket Circuit, you need to build cars with the right configuration of parts. Each of the various races has ideal part setups that will give you the best possible advantage when playing.
Most Pocket Circuit car parts can be purchased from the shop at the Stadium, and you will be able to buy additional parts after completing more races. They cost more with each drop, so it helps to take time to complete Real Estate Royale to assemble enough yen to afford everything.
How to Get All Pocket Circuit Components
Most of the Pocket Circuit Components / Parts can be bought at the Stadium. Go to the back of the room and speak to the vendors at the shop stand. As you complete races, they will announce when new parts will be available.
