Activated
These rare items provide power-ups that can be used over and over on a cooldown timer. Activated items are used with spacebar on PC and L2 on consoles.

Passive items apply unique permanent buffs to Isaac automatically.
Pick Ups
Pick Ups are collectibles found throughout Isaac’s journey and include bombs, coins, hearts, and keys that can be acquired as loot.
Pills
Pills are common items that provide one-time buffs. They share the same slot as Tarot Cards so only one of them can be equipped at once. Press the Q button to use Pills.
Tarot Cards
Tarots are mysterious cards that provide random one-time powerups. They share the same slot as Pills so only one of them can be equipped at once. Press the Q button to use Tarot Cards.
