During character creation, the player can pick up to three traits to unlock a boost. Any of them can be removed by visiting a specific NPC.
How to Remove Alien DNA Trait in Starfield
It costs around 1,000 Credits to remove the Alien DNA trait. This is performed by visiting a doctor in the New Atlantis Residential District.
- Visit New Atlantis in the Alpha Centauri System.
- Navigate to Reliant Medical and head inside the Doctor’s Office.
- Speak to Doctor Alexei and choose the dialogue option “[Alien DNA] I don’t feel well. I think it’s tied to an experiment“.
- Pay 1000 credits to remove the trait from your character attributes.
If you cannot see the dialogue choice, select the option “Tell me more about Reliant Medical” and continue talking until you see the option.
