Here is the proper way to unlock the Razorleaf Ship while playing Starfield.
Locate a Secret Outpost Note
During the Old Neighborhood quest, you will be prompted to visit the Nova Galactic Staryard. After reaching this location, take down the Spacers and search for a Secret Outpost Note from one of their bodies. Collect the note to trigger the Mantis side quest.
Complete the Mantis Side Quest
The Mantis side quest takes place in the Denebola I-B system in a Secret Outpost. You will be fighting several higher-level enemies, so make sure you are well-prepared. Near the conclusion of the mission, you will enter a room with lettered tiles.
Here, you will have to walk on the correct letters to avoid getting hit by the turrets. To get past this puzzle, you need to walk on the letters T-Y-R-A-N-N-I-S.
After you have explored the Lairs of the Mantis, you will come across a Starship Lift Controls button. Press this so the Razorleaf ship is placed on the deck, and you unlock it. Also, be sure to collect the Incendiary Mantis Gear found in one of the rooms near the Starship Lift Controls.
Board the Razorleaf to get out of the Mantis Lair and reach the deck. Then, simply use it to escape the planet.
