Repeat Balls work if trainers want to catch multiple of the same Pokémon. In the Paldea region, trainers will need to first defeat three Gym leaders before being able to purchase them.
How to get Repeat Balls in Pokémon Scarlet & Violet
After defeating three Gym leaders in any order, you unlock the ability to purchase Repeat Balls from shops. In addition to buying, you can also find Repeat Balls on the ground while exploring, with low probability.
Players will have a chance to find Repeat Balls in the following locations (found by picking up sparkling Poke Balls on the ground):
- Alfornada
- Asado Desert
- Glaseado Mountain
- Socarrat Trails
- South Province (Area One)
- East Province (Area One)
- North Province (Area One)
Where to buy Repeat Balls in Pokémon Scarlet & Violet
Visit any Poke Mart or Delibird Presents in any city once you have unlocked the ability to purchase Repeat Balls. They cost ₽1,000 each and you can use money or LP Points to buy them.
Note that Repeat Balls only have an increased catch rate modifier if a Pokémon is registered as owned in the Pokedex. If not, the Repeat Ball will essentially act as a normal Pokeball.
