You must find and collect all the Unown to complete the national Pokédex. Afterward, they can be caught freely in the Solaceon Ruins, including Shiny versions.
Certain Unown require Pokémon mounts, such as Sneasler. Similar to finding the wisps, it’s recommended that you wait until receiving Braviary, as flight makes reaching every area much easier.
