Sony has confirmed that the PlayStation VR 2 will be launching on February 22nd for $550. The company will also be selling it in a bundle with Horizon Call of the Mountain that comes with the system and game for up to $600, while the Sense controller charging station will be sold separately for $50.
The PlayStation VR 2 goes up for preorder beginning November 15 from the official online store for shoppers in the United States, France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, and the Netherlands. You can register starting today (November 2).
This system requires you already own a PlayStation 5, so preparing for the next-generation experience of virtual reality will cost you about $1000 before taxes and add-ons.
For all other locations, the PlayStation VR 2 will be made available at participating retailers. Individual games, including Horizon Call of the Mountain, will go up for preorder starting in November.
