Over time, your Pals will get colds, sprains, and even ulcers. This will make your Pals unable to work or fight properly. Medicine can alleviate these status issues.
Craft a Medicine Workbench
To craft a Medicine Workbench, you will need to reach Technology level 12 and unlock it. This station requires the following resources to craft:
- 30x Wood
- 5x Nail
- 10x Paldium Fragments
Craft the Medicine You Need
There are various different medicines that can only cure specific types of status ailments. Below is a list.

How to Give Pals Medicine
There are two methods to give your Pals the medicine you looted or crafted.
For workers in your base, you will need to approach them and press the interact button. This opens a radial menu popping up shortly after which lists different options you can do to interact with your Pal. Select Feed then choose the medicine you wish to give your Pal. They will approach you and take the medicine.
For Pals in your party, select the medicine and choose the ailing Pal to feed them the medicine.
