Go to the Abandoned Mineshafts and loot chests to find a Glow Berry. Once you have one, you can use it to grow into a Cave Vine by placing them on the bottom side of a block. Each new segment of the Cave Vine has a chance to spawn a Glow Berry, with each producing 14 Light.
How to Use Glow Berries in Minecraft
Glow Berries can also be used as a food source, restoring 2 Hunger and 0.4 Saturation. Never break a piece connected to a block, as it will destroy the plant. Instead, break the tip of the Cave Vine then wait for a new piece to spawn.
In addition, Glow Berries can be used to light up caves and mines, and even as decorative material for your house.
