New Orleans Track
Get all 20 Platinum Trophies, then click Practice on the main menu to visit the ranch area. There are some hens running around and some eggs on the floor. Smash 20 of them, and listen to a sound play when the track is unlocked.
Note: The New Orleans track can only be played on Time Trial and V.S.
Rainbow Goo
Win a Gold or Platinum trophy in the first 3 circuits on Amateur.
Tiny Racers
Win a Gold or Platinum trophy on Freeway Phobia in Mirror Mode.
Unlimited Retries
Win a Gold or Platinum trophy in the first 4 circuits on Amateur, Intermediate, and Professional.
Victory Vehicles
Win the first 3 circuits on Professional.

Use the Transfer Park with a copy of Mickey’s Speedway USA on your Game Boy Color. Transfer some information from the GB to your N64.
