| 2nd Best Ending | With less than 100% completion, beat the game in less than 2 hours. Samus appears with her suit off, leaning up a ledge with head leaned back. |
| 3rd Best Ending | Achieve 100% completion and beat the game in more than 2 hours. Samus appears with her suit off, in a city. |
| 4th Best Ending | With less than 100% completion, beat the game with a completion time of between 2-4 hours. Samus appears with her helmet off. |

Secret Message
Defeat Nightmare in Sector 5 (ARC) and return to any Navigation Room without acquiring the Diffusion Missile upgrade. A conversation between you, Adam, and the Secret Guy will commence.
Cheats
The game is fun by itself, but cheating makes it better. Always be sure to input codes using an Action Replay, CodeBreaker, or GameShark. All the below codes are compatible with most emulators.
