Where is Garoth?
You can find Garoth early on in your adventure at the Tower on the Citadel. Commander Shepard will first need to acquire Spectre status before they can inquire about Garoth’s problem.
After becoming eligible for the conversation, Garoth will request Shepard to search for his brother. Although he has no money, he believes that humans should stick together to mutually aid one another.
