In this guide, you will learn how to get Woodskip while playing Stardew Valley. Woodskip is a sensitive fish found only in pools deep in the forest.
Where to catch Woodskip in Stardew Valley
You can catch Woodskip by fishing in the pond inside of the Secret Woods. It can be acquired during any season, at any time of day, with any kind of weather condition. The best time is on non-rainy days, with a 15-27% chance the fish will appear out of all items caught during this condition.
Players who chose the Forest Farm setup have up to a 17% chance of catching Woodskip in their ponds.
Woodskip can also be randomly found in the Travelling Cart for purchase between 225 to 1,000 Gold.
How to Use Woodskip in Stardew Valley
After players have a Woodskip, they can sell it or use it for quests. Woodskip is not an ideal gift for any resident of Pelican Town. The fish sells for anywhere between 75 Gold to 150 Gold, depending on quality. With the Angler’s Profession, fish will sell for up to 50% more Gold.
