Players can redeem codes for Honkai: Star Rail through the website as well as in-game.
How to redeem Honkai Star Rail codes on the website
Navigate to the official Honkai: Star Rail redemption page for codes, log in with your existing HoYoverse account, and select the regional server your account belongs to. Include your character nickname, then paste the code in and click the button that says “Redeem.”
If you have entered a valid code, you will be notified that it has gone through, and your rewards will be available via the in-game postal system.
How to redeem Honkai Star Rail codes in-game
After logging in to Honkai: Star Rail, click the mobile phone button in the top left of your screen.
To the right of your character name, select the three dots (…) button.
Pick the “Redemption Code” option.
Enter the code and select “Confirm.”
