There are many Talismans in Elden Ring. Once you equip these accessories, you're provided bonuses that assist you throughout the campaign. Weight: 0.8 Effect: Restores HP from critical hits. Axe Talisman Location: Inside a treasure chest in Mistwood Ruins. Weight: 0.8 Effect: Enhances your charge attacks. Blessed Dew Talisman Location: Inside a treasure chest located on the Divine Bridge, protected by an armored giant. Weight: 0.6 Effect: Slowly restores HP Blue Dancer Charm Location: Drops from the Guardian Golem boss inside Highroad Cave. Weight: 0.9 Effect: Raises attack power with lower equipment load. Blue-Feathered Branchsword Location: Drops from the Deathbird boss at nighttime that appears on the ruins to the east of Warmaster's Shack. Weight: 1.1 Effect: Raises your defense when HP is low. Boltdrake Talisman Location: Looted from a corpse to the northeast of the Limgrave Tower Bridge Site of Grace. Weight: 0.6 Effect: Boosts damage negation to lightning. Boltdrake Talisman +1 Location: Found in a wooden structure in Old Altus Tunnel's upper level. Weight: 0.6 Effect: Greatly boosts damage negation to lightning. Weight: 0.6 Effect: Vastly boosts damage negation to lightning. Bull-Goat's Talisman Location: Found in Dragonborrow Cave at the end of the southwest path. Weight: 0.5 Effect: Raises poise. Carian Filigreed Crest Location: Bought near the Road to the Manor from War Counselor Iji for 5000 runes after completing the Blaidd questline. Weight: 0.8 Effect: Lowers FP consumed by skills. Cerulean Amber Medallion Location: Drops from the boss Bloodhound Knight at Lakeside Crystal Cave. Weight: 0.3 Effect: Raises maximum FP. Cerulean Amber Medallion +1 Location: Found in Castle Sol's southern wall, accessible from a ladder southeast of the Church of Eclipse. Weight: 0.3 Effect: Greatly increases maximum FP. Cerulean Amber Medallion +2 Location: Found in a treasure chest below certain stairs to the northwest of Lunar Estate Ruins, blocked by a Stonesword Key imp. Weight: 0.3 Effect: Vastly increases maximum FP. Cerulean Seed Talisman Location: Found in ceiling rafters atop the Carian Study Hall. Weight: 0.8 Effect: Boosts the restoration of FP from Flask of Cerulean Tears. Clarifying Horn Charm Location: Found halfway up the steps to the northeast of the Below the Well Site of Grace. Weight: 0.6 Effect: Raises focus. Clarifying Horn Charm +1 Location: Found in certain ruins to the southeast of the Hallowhorn Grounds in Nokron, Eternal City. This is accessible by jumping down to the broken southeastern bridge. Weight: 0.6 Effect: Greatly raises focus. Claw Talisman Location: Found on top of Stormveil Castle's outdoor towers near the Rampart Tower Site of Grace. It is found by landing on one of the rooftops, climbing a collapsed column, around the wall's edge, and up a long ladder to the top of a tower. Weight: 0.7 Effect: Enhances jump attacks. Concealing Veil Location: Drops from Black Knife Assassin boss located in Sage's Cave. Weight: 0.9 Effect: Conceals the wearer while crouching from foes. Crepus's Vial Location: Reward for completion of the second Volcano Manor assassination sidequest. Weight: 0.7 Effect: Eliminates sound made by the wearer while moving. Crimson Amber Medallion Location: Sold by Nomadic Merchant near the Castle Morne Rampart Site of Grace for 1500 runes. Weight: 0.3 Effect: Raises maximum HP. Crimson Amber Medallion +1 Location: Found west of the Prison Town Church, further into the town, up some stairs behind a guarding Stonesword Key imp. Weight: 0.3 Effect: Greatly raises your maximum HP. Crimson Amber Medallion +2 Location: On a beam in the subterranean part of Leyndell, Capital of Ash. Can be retrieved by dropping into a hole just southwest of the Site of Grace in Leyndell, Capital of Ash. Weight: 0.3 Effect: Vastly raises your maximum HP. Crimson Seed Talisman Location: Found near the entrance to Sainted Hero's Grave, behind the Stonesword Key imp. Weight: 0.8 Effect: Boosts the HP restoration of Flask of Crimson Tears. Crucible Feather Talisman Location: Found in Auriza Hero's Grave, down certain steps and guarded by an ogre. Weight: 0.8 Effect: Improves your dodge rolling, increases damage taken Crucible Knot Talisman Location: Drops from the boss Omenkiller sitting across the bridge to the northeast of the Village of the Albinaurics. Weight: 0.5 Effect: Reduces the impact and damage of headshots. Crucible Scale Talisman Location: Found at an altar in the Leyndell Catacombs, reachable by ascending the flamethrower pillar. Weight: 1.1 Effect: Reduces critical hit damage. Curved Sword Talisman Location: Found from a chest in the dark dungeon room at the top of the western cliffside passage of Stormveil Castle, guarded by an armored knight. Weight: 0.7 Effect: Enhances guard counters. Daedicar's Woe Location: Reward for the completion of Rya's sidequest. Weight: 0.8 Effect: Increases the damage you take. Dagger Talisman Location: Found in Volcano Manor on a wooden ledge. You receive it when you open a Stonesword Key door to the northwest of the Site of Grace, up the stairs to the opposite of the mage teleporter leading to the Audience Pathway. Weight: 1.1 Effect: Enhances your critical hits. Dragoncrest Greatshield Talisman Location: Found inside a treasure chest guarded by a small group of Pest enemies to the north of the Drainage Channel after dropping down a roof. Weight: 0.8 Effect: Enormously boosts negation to physical damage. Dragoncrest Shield Talisman Location: At the bottom of the northern exterior edge to Bestial Sanctum. Can drop down to some branches to the southwest. Weight: 0.8 Effect: Boosts negation to physical damage. Dragoncrest Shield Talisman +1 Location: In Sainted Hero's Grave behind a Stonesword Key imp. You can get to it by climbing up the falling blades and jumping to a ledge nearby. Weight: 0.8 Effect: Greatly boosts negation to physical damage. Dragoncrest Shield Talisman +2 Location: Found to the east of the Dragon Temple Lift on a floating piece of rubble, retrieved off the side of the nearby staircase. Weight: 0.8 Effect: Vastly boosts negation to physical damage. Erdtree's Favor Location: Defended by a Grafted Scion in Fringefolk Hero's Grave. Accessible to the right of the bridge along the path to the enemy chariot. Weight: 1.5 Effect: Raises equip load, maximum HP, and stamina. Erdtree's Favor +1 Location: Inside a treasure chest in the arena of the boss Mohg, The Omen - to the northeast of the Forsaken Depths. Weight: 1.5 Effect: Raises equip load, maximum HP, and stamina. Faithful's Canvas Talisman Location: Found on a corpse in the Sellia Crystal Tunnel on a wooden platform that's guarded by a small group of Pest enemies before the boss room. Weight: 0.7 Effect: Raises the potency of incantations Fire Scorpion Charm Location: Found on top of Fort Laiedd, on a wooden balcony hidden to the southwest edge of the rooftop. Weight: 0.8 Effect: Raises fire attack but reduces damage negation. Flamedrake Talisman Location: Drops at the end of Groveside Cave off the boss Beastman of Farum Azula. Weight: 0.6 Effect: Boosts negation to fire damage. Flamedrake Talisman +1 Location: Found on a corpse up an elevator to the southeast of the East Capital Rampart. Weight: 0.6 Effect: Greatly boosts negation to fire damage. Flamedrake Talisman +2 Location: Drops from the dual Beastman of Farum Azula boss in Dragonbarrow Cave. Weight: 0.7 Effect: Increases the potency of sorceries. Great-jar's Arsenal Location: Found at the Great Jar to the northwest of Deep Siofra Well after defeating the three Great Jar Duelists. Weight: 1.5 Effect: Vastly raises the maximum equip load. Greatshield Talisman Location: Found in a treasure chest on the back of a carriage in an enemy encampment to the east of Erdtree-Gazing Hill. Weight: 0.9 Effect: Boosts your ability to guard. Green Turtle Talisman Location: Found in a treasure chest below the stairs of the northeast corner of Summonwater Village, guarded behind a Stonesword Key imp. Weight: 0.7 Effect: Raises the recovery speed of your stamina. Haligdrake Talisman Location: Found in the Stranded Graveyard on a cliff that is initially unreachable. It can be navigated by approaching the southeast beach using an opening to the northwest of the Seaside Ruins. Weight: 0.6 Effect: Boosts negation to holy damage. Haligdrake Talisman +1 Location: Found in the Leyndell Catacombs. After you ascend to a lift in a room with spectral soldiers, go beside the stairs to find an Illusory Wall that houses the talisman in the southwest. Weight: 0.7 Effect: Transform into a cooperator. Immunizing Horn Charm Location: Found in an alcove to the west of the Site of Grace in the Ainsel River Downstream.
