Even though BioWare has been targeting Dragon Age: Dreadwolf, its fourth major entry in the dark fantasy epic franchise, for a Summer 2024 release, it could be delayed to 2025.
This comes as no surprise given the developer’s recent announcements regarding major restructuring to the team, and parting ways with Keywords, a unionized playtesting company. Of course, the fiscal 2024 report from EA, BioWare’s publisher, did not mention the new Dragon Age game.
Back in 2018, Dragon Age 4 was first teased at The Game Awards. In October 2022, Gary McKay, BioWare’s General Manager, indicated that development on it had passed a major milestone, being playable from start to finish.
