Awoken Mementos is a currency needed to acquire the Wish Ender Exotic Bow, one of the best weapons in the game.
This requires completion of the Hunter’s Remembrance quest, in which the player must purify three Awoken Mementos. It involves defeating some high-tier enemies.
How to Get and Use Awoken Mementos in Destiny 2
The Hunter’s Remembrance quest is triggered from the Tower kiosk. Once you have the quest, visit the Dreaming City. You must find an NPC named Petra Venj and interact with her. She will give you the Awoken Mementos and ask you to purify them.
Awoken Mementos, when acquired, goes into your Kinetic Weapons slot, so make sure you have one empty.
After acquiring the Awoken Mementos, players will be able to see the Taken Captain, Taken Minotaur, and Taken Ogre. These enemies must be summoned and defeated in the Shattered Throne dungeon. Upon doing so, the Mementos will be purified, and players can approach the statue at the end of the dungeon to receive the Wish Ender Exotic Bow.
