Nash	Defeat Nash on Deep Sea Driving.
Norm	Defeat Norm on Out of Time.
Geary	Defeat Geary on Android Alley.
Nitros Oxide	Win all Relic Races.
N. Tropy	While using Team Cortex in Adventure Mode, win a race with all three characters.
Spyro	While using Team Bandicoot in Adventure Mode, win a race with all three characters.
Velo	Defeat him on his challenge track, which itself is also unlocked.
Fake Crash	After winning against Velo in the final challenge, the player must play the Out of Time track and go to the bottom right-hand corner of the track to find an opening leading to the offroad, where they will find Fake Crash and his kart stranded next to a campfire.

Cheats

Cheat	How to Unlock
Artillery	Win the Blue Gem Cup. The player is given either three Missiles or Bowling Bombs.
Lunar	Win the Purple Gem Cup. This significantly lowers the gravity.
R/C Kart	Win the Green Gem Cup. All karts are miniaturized.
Turbo	Win the Red Gem Cup. This increases the karts’ speed.

Crash Party USA

Upon booting up the game, the player must quickly press the L and R Buttons together before the title screen appears to play this minigame. If the player manages to win all ten rounds, they will start Velo’s boss race with three Missiles.
