Unlockables

Alternate Credits Screen

Collect all gems, relics, and crystals to gain a 48% completion to receive a new credits screen that features Cortex and Tropy as babies fighting over Uka Uka.

100% Completion

Collect all gems and crystals, then defeat Dr. Neo Cortex. Get the ability Crash Dash, then use it to collect all relics and complete the secret levels. Remember to acquire the crystals, gems, and relics from the secret levels.

105% Completion

Collect all gems and relics, including the ones from the Eggipus Rex and Hot Coco bonus levels. These relics must be at least gold or platinum. Then, visit the save spot next to Coco for another clear gem. Take this to view a fireworks display and finish the game with 105% completion status.

Colored Gem Locations

Search the specific locations to find the five colored gems in the game. These gems reveal optional paths in certain levels that are otherwise inaccessible.

Red – Level 12 (Deep Trouble) Use the “!” point box at the end of the level to begin a secret course. This is where you’ll find the gem.
Purple – Level 13 (High Time) Found on the death route (cannot lose a life).
Blue – Level 20 (Tomb Wader) Found on the death route (cannot lose a life).
Green – Level 23 (Flaming Passion) Found on the death route (cannot lose a life).
Yellow – Level 27 (Hang ‘Em High) – Found on the main path at the end of the level. To access, you need to earn 10 relics via speedruns. Once you have 10 relics, step on the orange marker in the central warp room. This will lead you to the sixth warp room in the basement.

Debug Menu

When you first boot up the game and see the Naughty Dog logo, hold UP + CROSS until the title screen appears. Then, hold LEFT, and press SQUARE, CIRCLE, SQUARE, START.

Secret Warp Room

Find all 25 crystals, then defeat Cortex. After the credits roll, visit the center of the main room with Coco. This will take you to a new area with five extra levels.
