Special Pitches & Hits Curve Balls - Hold in L+R and press A+DOWN while holding the speed pitch button. Steal a Base With a team player on any of the bases, right before the opponent's pitch, press Y to attempt to steal a base. Star Ball Hit When up for bat, hold L+R and push A to hit the ball right before it hits. You can only use it a few times. Super Ball When pitching, hold R+A to throw a super ball.
