In this guide, you will learn the solution to the Sarin’s Skeleton puzzle while playing Baldur’s Gate 3.
As you explore the Undercity Ruins during Act 3, you will find a Skeleton without a head in the middle of Lower City Sewers. Unlike most of the complex puzzles, you must find Sarin’s skull and insert it into the skeleton to complete the puzzle.
Sarin’s Skeleton Puzzle Solution in BG3
You can solve Sarin’s Skeleton puzzle by finding the Skull that fits her skeleton. You can find Sarin’s skull inside the Pouch behind the Silent Monk NPC at the following coordinates:
- X:-156, Y:-945
It is recommended to enter Stealth and sneak behind the monk’s back to retrieve the item. Otherwise, you will have to enter combat and kill the monk, but this will prevent you from trading and selling items with them in the future.
Once you take Sarin’s Skull, a headless ghost will appear triggering a cutscene. Now, head to the Lower City Sewers to complete the puzzle. For that, you can teleport to the City Sewers using the Portal on the Map. You can find Sarin’s Skeleton at the following coordinates:
- X:-124, Y:-831
As you interact with Sarin’s Skeleton, press the empty box within the game’s Menu to open your Inventory. From there, drag Sarin’s skull and place it into the empty box to complete the puzzle. Alongside finding Sarin at Peace, you will also receive rewards for completing this puzzle.

- Magic Amulet (Rare) – This amulet offers Innate Fortitude once per Long Rest. You can use a reaction for making an Attack Roll or Saving Throw with an Advantage.
