In this guide, you will learn where to find secret parts across various hidden chest locations while playing Armored Core VI.
Currently, there are a total of 11 secret parts in hidden chests that can be obtained during various missions and chapters in the game. See below for details.
Chapter 2
Each of the secret parts in Chapter 2 can be found during the mission, “Infiltrate Grid 086”.
Mission: Infiltrate Grid 086
HC-3000 Wrecker Head
After you enter the main building, drop into the hole to find several weak mechas. Destroy them and proceed to the back of the room to find the chest.
CC-3000 Wrecker Core
Once you retrieve the above, go into the next room that contains a smelting furnace. Then, proceed past it and jump into the below room. Clear the enemies to open the chest.
AC-3000 Wrecker Arms
In the smelting furnace room, go inside the pipe not pouring lava. Follow it down to reach another hidden chest, but be prepared to handle the enemy mech that’s waiting for you.
2C-3000 Wrecker Legs
After the smelting furnace room, continue with the mission until you reach an open area. Fly to the right and try to grab the platform with a crane. Jump and fly forward to find an enemy here then open the chest behind them.
Chapter 3
The secret AC6 parts in Chapter 3 are spread across various missions.
Mission: Tunnel Sabotage
IA-C01W1 Nebula Plasma Rifle
Go into the tunnel, then deeper until you find several enemies located near the second waypoint. Take them out and reach the marker. Land yourself on the bridge with yellow lines on the side, then turn left and fly up towards the darker bridge. Take down the enemies to the left, go up, and destroy the mech to find the chest behind it.
Mission: Survey the Uninhabited Floating City
IA-C01G Aorta Generator
Follow the mission until the second waypoint, during which you’ll be sitting on a circular rooftop. Take out the incoming enemies, then fly towards a roof nearby with the hidden crate.
Mission: Eliminate “Honest” Brute
WB-0010 Double Trouble Chainsaw
Get to the third waypoint, turn left, and proceed down the broken platforms near the red lasers. You should find the chest right in front of you.
BC-0600 12345 Booster
After getting the first chest, continue down. Go to the platform with few enemies, and find the chest on top at the end.
WB-0000 Bad Cook Flamethrower
Progress the mission until you come across a green energy field. Go inside and destroy the enemies. Follow the waypoint to the red lasers below where you’ll find the chest.
Chapter 4
The secret AC6 parts in Chapter 4 are spread across various missions.
Mission: Underground Exploration – Depth 1
IA-C01L Ephemera Legs
Start the mission, then progress until you reach the shaft. Destroy the enemies here. You can now go further until a new waypoint and use the access point. Get to the back of the room to find the chest.
Mission: Reach the Coral Convergence
Moonlight Blade
In the ruined city, defeat the ACs and MTs in the ruined city to get to a new waypoint. Continue towards it to cross a bridge and fight another enemy. Reach the end of the bridge, jumping down on the left to find an additional 3 enemies guarding the chest. Take them out and loot the chest.
