Anime Zodiac Signs are a way of determining which of these character archetypes populating across different mediums encompass your personality. Capricorn: Mr. / Mrs. Glasses Think of those wildly spectacular glasses characters in Anime, with dashing looks and high intellect. Gemini: Lovestruck Deredere Meet the hopeless romantic that will stop at nothing to show their affection to those that they love. Full of happiness, these kinds of characters try to spread the same enthusiasm everywhere they go. That doesn't come at a price though, as many of these characters are just plain airheaded. Their optimism and naivety can be seen among popular faces like Tohru Honda from Fruits Basket and Chika Fujiwara from Love Is War. Cancer: Magical Princess Cancers are no strangers to deep-welled emotions. If they were to acquire superpowers, they'd easily translate such sensitive feelings into magic. Famous for their dazzling outfits and dedication to protecting the world, magical girls harness their emotions into raw magical energy. It often comes at the cost of stability, as seen in Madoka Magica's Sayaka or Sailor Moon's Usagi. Leo: Prideful Oujidere Leos are the head of the Animal Kingdom, and take great pride in their ability to perform well in their tasks and endeavors. Sometimes though, they go too far and come across as overconfident, egotistical, or vain. This can easily be seen in characters like Ciel Phantomhive from Black Butler and Seto Kaiba from Yu-Gi-Oh! Regardless of their arrogant demeanor, Leos are quite exceptional in their strive for perfectionism as Anime Zodiac Signs. They also make for great leaders. Virgo: Pragmatic Kuudere Anime characters falling under the Kuudere class are comparable to Virgos for their cool, calm, and collected stature. Even if a Tsundere comes across as confident on the front, they're often confused by their internal feelings to know the right way to behave. No one quite embodies this archetype like Taiga Aisaka from Toradora. Still, others include Takumi Fujiwara from Initial D and Megumi Fushiguro from Jujutsu Kaisen. Scorpio: Intense Mayadere In Anime, the mayadere is a reference to a character that usually begins as a heinous villain but later befriends the hero after a change of heart. Scorpios fall in line with this archetype because their demeanor can easily intimidate others. They keep eternal grudges, so it's best to stay clear of their bad side. Find an ally in them though, and they'll always be willing to support you with ambition. See examples of this type of persona in Inuyasha from InuYasha and Quinche from Tokyo Mew Mew. Sagittarius: The Challenger (or Rival) Every long-running series typically has a Shonen hero facing up against others with shared fiery passions seen in other Anime Zodiac Signs such as Leo and Aries. As such, the Sagittarius makes for the ultimate rival character to compete against. These kinds of personalities enjoy travel and gaining knowledge from life experiences. Their determination and friendly attitude allow them to excel at lifting the spirits of others.
